Honor 7A vs Redmi 5: dual camera wins it for Honor
In this series, I will be comparing Honor 7A and Redmi 5.
This is the second post on my detailed review. Stay tuned for other feature
reviews on this space.
Honor 7A is an amazing device which introduces you to the
future with a handful of next generation specs and features. The device was
launched in China and it made its presence felt like a pro. The buzz reached
India and it was a matter time the Honor 7A was to be launched in one of the
most competitive smartphone markets in the world. So it happened in May 22 when
it made its India debut and created ripples across tech media and tech
aficionados. This device is a straight competition to Redmi 5 when it comes to
many of its features. On my last post, I discussed what makes Honor 7A a better
phone in terms of OS; this post will talk about its camera supremacy.
Let’s admit it, these are the times of dual cameras and
Honor 7A understands it like anything. That’s the reason why they have
incorporated dual camera setup in a handset which costs less than 10,000 INR.
The primary dual camera of this device is a 13MP+2MP setup which outdoes Redmi
5’s 12MP shooter. The depth detection of Honor 7A is amazing which results into
beautiful hardware level bokeh effect. You will notice that your photos are
sharper than the ones clicked by Redmi 5. Try taking a portrait shot with Honor
7A and you will understand the difference.
