Price speculation conversation over Honor Play

Overheard in a college campus, a couple in deep conversation about the soon to be released Honor PLAY. Looks like the nation’s rife with speculations about the phone. Especially when it comes to the price. It’ll be clear when you read this:

Boy: “Guess what, there is this new phone that’s coming from the Honor guys!”

Girl: “You mean the Honor PLAY??”

B: “Oh, so it’s called Honor PLAY”

G: “Duffer, everybody knows. In fact, the word is out that other companies are keeping a keen eye on it. It’s supposed to be a revolution of sorts”

B: “Really? Cheez hai kya?”

G: “Honor PLAY is waaaay ahead in the game. The buzz is about a few technologies that will, like, be massive”

B: “Any dope on that? Then I’ll postpone buying my new phone till the Honor PLAY’s here”

G:”Look dude, I know just about what I read. There’s this unique chipset called Kirin 970 in the phone”

B: “What’s the deal?”

G: “Well, it’s the brainchild of the Honor R&D Department. It’s the next gen chipset, featuring ultra-fast connection, intelligent computing capability, HD audio-visual effects and loooong battery life. Plus a    1.2 GBPS modem. So expect the phone to perform 25 times faster than others.”

B: “W-O-W!”

G: “That’s just for starters dude. The Honor PLAY will also feature another killer of a technology called GPU Turbo. It will add dollops of speed. Can you believe that you’ll be playing 4D games?”

B: “Phek mut”

G: “Seriously, this GPU Turbo thing can recognize the gaming scenario of team battles, the use of special skills, switching and shooting guns, etc. and intelligently matches a vibration feedback”

B: “That’s like a gaming console in my pocket! FANTASTIC Yaar! Any juice on the camera?”

G: “Yeah. You’re in for a treat when it comes to the camera. There’s a 16MP+2MP rear cam powered with AI. It recognizes 22 scenes from 500 scenarios. The AI Algorithm detects each and every scene with ultimate precision and sets the camera accordingly. So your images will be nothing short of perfect”

B: “This sounds great babe”

G: “Hold your horses dude. There’s built-in Electronic Image Stabilizer (EIS), 3D Facial Recognition and ensures an uninterrupted gaming experience as it doesn’t kill the game when you get a call.”

B: “Ab asli point. What’s the damage?”

G: “Now, that is one unsolved mystery. The guys haven’t disclosed it yet. But given the features…”

B: “Nothing less than 27K-28K. in fact, I won’t be surprised if it turns out to be higher”

G: “Maybe. Maybe not. Whatever, I am getting impatient”

B: “Uh… huh, I don’t think we’ll be able to afford it”

G: “Well, let’s see.”
