Honor 8X hits India with a bang

Honor 8X finally arrived in India on 17th October in a mega event in New Delhi. Like all their past launches, Honor maintained the highest standard of hospitality and class in the launch under question. Be it the entry of the venue, the lobby area or the main event zone – everything was integrated with the Honor blue.

The launch event was preceded by a morning tea session where guests had the chance to exchange ideas and greetings. The main event was spearheaded by George Zhao, President of Honor who introduced the guests to the achievements of Honor in India and global platform.

Mr Zhao revealed that Honor is expanding its global presence with élan. It is already the top smartphone e-brand in China and has gained position in the top 2 slots in many countries. In India, Honor has come up as the fastest growing smartphone brand. This is a commendable feat for a brand which is just 5 year old in the country.

Mr Zhao also revealed that Honor has an India First policy and is eager to invest more in India in the future. The objective of Honor, as shared by Mr Zhao, is to be the No. 1 smartphone brand in India in the coming three years.

Coming to the hero of the event, Honor 8X is a real treat to the eyes. Honor has the legacy of bringing out some of the best looking phones we have ever seen. This time also, it has maintained its class. Honor 8X has a dual toned design which is something people have never seen before.

The inclusion of AI camera makes it a nut for the competition to chew. The 20MP+2MP rear camera setup with AI results into amazing photos. The 16MP front camera helps you take amazing selfies with various modes. Time to shine!

Powered by Kirin 710 processor, Honor 8X is a beast when it comes to performance. Vice President of Honor, Allen Wang reveals that Kirin 710 is almost as good as Kirin 970, Huawei’s flagship processor.

Honor has already generated lots of buzz in the market and online. Positive reviews are flowing in like anything. I got the chance to experience the phone at the event and I must say, it is a sure shot winner.
